14IP Takes the Next Step in APAC Expansion
September marked an exciting milestone in 14IP’s continued global growth, as members of our team headed to Sydney and Singapore to officially launch the next phase of our expansion across APAC.
Across the two cities, we brought together customers, partners and hospitality professionals to introduce our technology, provide hands-on product training and discuss the evolving communications needs of hotels across APAC.
This trip wasn’t just about announcing our expansion. Our technology is live, our partners are ready to deliver it, and the first systems are ready to begin installations.
Bringing 14IP Technology to APAC
Our secure, carrier-grade global Evolution Voice platforms are now live in both Sydney and Singapore, bringing cloud telephony to hotels and hospitality businesses across the region.
Alongside Evolution Voice, more of the 14IP portfolio is available across APAC, including Xivea AI Hospitality, our AI-powered voice assistant built specifically for hotels, and ComXchange, our hospitality focused communications platform.
Together, these solutions give hotels greater choice in how they modernise their communications, whether they are looking to move to the cloud, introduce AI into guest communications or deploy a hospitality-focused communications platform that fits their operational and infrastructure requirements.
Connecting with Hospitality Partners Across the Region
Partners are central to our growth in APAC. During the trip, we brought together 21 hospitality-focused partners from across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand.
We held product launches in both Sydney and Singapore, alongside two full-day partner workshops and dedicated one-to-one meetings.
These sessions provided hands on training across our solutions, giving partners the knowledge and resources they need to introduce, deploy and support 14IP technology for hospitality customers throughout the region.
We have also been working closely with our partners at McLaren Technologies, whose continued support has played an important role in helping us establish and grow our presence across APAC. Matthew White and the wider McLaren Technologies team have been instrumental in supporting our expansion, sharing their local expertise, building connections across the region and helping us bring 14IP’s technology to a growing hospitality market.
Meeting Customers in Sydney and Singapore
The trip wasn’t only about preparing our partner network. Together with our partners we met with some of our hospitality customers in both Sydney and Singapore.
The response from both customers and partners was incredibly positive, and we are already moving from conversations to deployments, with new systems in the region scheduled to begin installation later this month.
Two Cities, Two Successful Launches
Away from the workshops and meetings, we had the opportunity to spend time with the people helping make our APAC expansion possible.
In Sydney, a huge thank you goes to Switch for a memorable trip out to Manly. The team also had the chance to experience the Rabbitohs vs Roosters game, an unforgettable evening, and a fantastic way to round off our time in Australia.
In Singapore, we brought partners together for an incredible partner dinner at LeVeL33, followed by our networking reception.
Supporting UK Growth Across APAC
During the trip, CEO Neil Tolley and Director of Global Voice Services Mark Kettle also visited the residence His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for Asia to take part in filming with the UK Department for Business and Trade.
The Department has supported 14IP throughout our international growth journey, and we are incredibly grateful for the assistance they have provided as we have expanded into new markets over the past 15 years.

With our platforms live, a growing network of trained hospitality partners and the first deployments on the horizon, Sydney and Singapore mark a major step in 14IP’s international growth, and there is much more to come.
