Call Path Subscription* – a single ‘call path’ allows 1 inbound OR outbound call to take place at the same time with no per minute pricing, increase call paths to allow more simultaneous calls to take place.
Metered Call Paths can also be used where you do not pay per Call Path as you do with our Call Path Subscriptions above and instead pay Per Minute, in 6 second billing for all calls at $0.009 per minute for most US and Canada destinations. Our full metered rate deck is available here
Locations with a Call Path Subscription include a primary Emergency Endpoint (call back number and Business Name) and 1 Emergency Location (is the physical address and dispatchable location at that address), Additional locations and endpoints can be added for a small monthly fee.
