If you’re using a 14IP ComXchange (ComX) on-premise phone system, you can get free Software Assurance (SWA) when you add 14IP SIP Trunking.
MSRP for each Subscription Call Path is $17.99/month on a 36 or 60 month term.
Resellers will be billed based on their contract rate (not MSRP).
How to Qualify
You must meet both of the following:
SIP Trunking Plan
- Must be on a 36 or 60 month contract.
- You can choose which plan term to apply to your SIP trunking location (36 or 60 months).
Call Path Requirement
- You need 1 Subscription Call Path for every 15 licensed stations on your ComX system.
- Example: If you have 150 licensed stations, you need 10 Subscription Call Paths.
How It's Applied
We’ll update your existing SIP Trunking location contract with:
- A new start date (today’s date)
- A new end date (36 or 60 months later)
- Matching Software Assurance expiration based on the selected plan length
If your ComX already has an active SWA, we’ll extend it by 36 or 60 months from its current expiration date.
If your SWA has expired, the new expiration date will be 36 or 60 months from today.
