Fourteen IP have secured the contract to provide the Park Lane Hotel, plus the regional Starwood offices and contact centre with a new Mitel 3300 telephony solution.
The new system will replace the existing Nortel Meridian PBX and comes as the hotel starts a major refurbishment project.
A celebrated Art Deco hotel in the heart of London Mayfair, facing Green Park and just a short walk away from Buckingham Palace the Park Lane Hotel also hosts the regional Starwood Offices and contact centre all of which will benefit from the new IP telephony solution provided by Fourteen IP.
This project continues a great working relationship between Starwood and Fourteen IP on a number of network and Telephony Projects.
