Instant Help When It’s Needed Most
The Panic Button feature is built into 14IP phones. When pressed it immediately alerts designated personnel through your 14IP phone system. Supported phones also have an optional USB Panic button that will trigger the phones Panic Button feature to notify the right people.
Silent Intercom
Discreet Communication for Critical Situations
Silent Intercom enables authorized personnel to connect to another 14IP phone on the same phone system. If the phone is not on another call, it will auto-answer and activate its microphone, allowing one-way communication without indicating an active call. This is ideal for situations where discretion is essential.
CodeX
Mass Notification and Emergency Messaging
CodeX helps you quickly deliver pre-recorded emergency messages to configured phone groups using voice and text. It collects PIN-code room status responses and provides real-time status information for administrators and first responders.
