Setup Apache for Provisioning

Most users will not need to setup apache on their PBX as the Clearly Devices module has a built in provisioning server that does not use Apache but its own mini HTTP(s) server written in Node.js

This section will cover the various steps to manually configure apache (httpd) for phone provisioning if you do not want to use the built in HTTP(s) server we include.
