Supported Device Models

The following device profiles are currently set up and supported for provisioning through BroadWorks:

1. Grandstream-GXW4232

2. Grandstream-GXW4248

General Information

Notes

• Grandstream GXW devices do not support updating network details or password information via config

  • Because of this, auto-provisioning from the platform is not used — manual provisioning is required

• The config file can be downloaded from BroadWorks

• The device profile must include the MAC address of the Grandstream device

  • The MAC address must be present in the config, otherwise the upload will fail
