Vtech Phones allow Auto Provisioning from Broadworks DMS. By programming them through DMS they will allow for a Zero Touch Provisioning experience using the Vtech Redirection server.

⚠️ Known Issue: These phones have a known audio driver issue with certain releases of firmware which cause the phones to lock up. Before the install is complete, ensure all phones are running firmware load SIP_73.3.85.18. The device profile is set up to push this firmware by default.

⚠️ Firmware Requirement: The phones should collect their provisioning details from the Redirect Server. However, there is a minimum firmware level of SIP_77_3_86_02 for the redirect server to work. If the phones are not on this version or newer, they either need to be upgraded via the Vtech tool to allow the phone to collect from the redirect server, or the provisioning details can be entered manually on the Web GUI.
